Dong Min
President
As the co-founder and President of IMG, Dong is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations as well as developing new business opportunities and securing new projects.
Prior to establishing IMG, Dong worked as a sales engineer and account manager for Sigler and Reeves/Carrier Corporation in Syracuse, New York and Las Vegas, Nevada for over five years. While there, Dong’s main responsibilities included consulting with mechanical engineers with design and application of HVAC equipment, and negotiating the sales of HVAC equipment to contractors and owners. He worked on a variety of sizable projects including the Las Ventanas Retirement Center, the Marriott Grand Chateau, and UNLV’s Wright Hall and the Science Center.
Originally from Reno, Dong graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. Outside of IMG, you can probably find him on the golf course, traveling or attending a sporting event. He also spends some of his free time with the Big Brothers, Big Sisters organization.
Rade Kecman, P.E.
Executive Vice President/Engineering Manager
Rade is a co-founder of IMG and is responsible for business development, client relations, managing the engineering side of the firm, providing pre-construction assistance, value engineering and project management.
Rade has over 21 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, most recently spending time at Southland Industries as the principal engineer/engineering manager. Rade has served as the mechanical engineer of record for several unique projects including the Guggenheim Museum at the Venetian Hotel & Casino, the Las Vegas Convention Center South of Desert Inn Expansion (1.4 M ft2) and the Las Vegas Convention Center Central Plant Upgrade. Rade has also worked for various national and local consulting engineering and architectural-engineering firms in Las Vegas, Phoenix and Columbus, Ohio.
Rade graduated from The Ohio State University, earning a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. He is a Certified Energy Manager by the Association of Energy Engineers and is a registered professional engineer in the states of Nevada, California, Arizona, Utah and Ohio. He also is a former president of ASHRAE of Southern Nevada. When Rade’s not at IMG, he spends most of his free time with his two sons, and enjoys vacationing at the beach, listening to music and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
Bobby Pahor
Senior Project Manager
As a senior project manager, Bobby is involved with virtually every project at IMG. He plans, coordinates and strategizes with field supervision to ensure the overall quality of the project.
Bobby has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, joining IMG in November 2007. He has been a part of several significant projects including the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, and the Sinatra Garage, the Central Plant HVAC and Pelli Tower, all at Project City Center. Before IMG, Bobby worked as a senior project manager for a local mechanical contractor on several multi-million dollar projects including Fontainebleau Tower, Sky Las Vegas High Rise Condominium Tower and the Blue Man Group Theater at the Venetian.
Bobby graduated from UNLV, earning a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. He also received additional training at Cal State University, Coastline Community College and Arizona State University. Outside of IMG, Bobby concentrates on spending time with his family, coaching youth soccer, golfing and skiing, and donating his services to local churches whenever he can.
David Gonzales
Engineering Project Manager
As a project manager, David is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, meeting with clients to make sure they’re provided with the best engineering options available.
David has over 17 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, joining IMG in 2006. He has worked on several key projects : Las Vegas Convention Center, Project City Center, the Venetian Palazzo, Rainbow Dreams Academy and Boulder Crossroads. Prior to IMG, he worked for various local consulting engineering firms.
David studied at Cypress College and received a degree in design drafting from MTI College in 1990. When he’s not at IMG, David likes to spend time with his family, watch sports and go to concerts.
Michael Ritchie
Sheetmetal
Michael supervises the field labor for the sheet metal division and is responsible for distributing manpower, assisting with estimating, and project coordination.
Michael has over 18 years of experience working in the engineering and construction industry, and joined IMG in October 2007. So far he’s been a part of the City Center Central Plant, the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and the Sinatra Garage at City Center. Before IMG, Michael worked at a local mechanical contractor as a general foreman and supervised multiple projects, including the Ka Theatre at MGM, Fontainebleau Tower and Sky Las Vegas High Rise Condominium Tower.
A native of Las Vegas, Michael graduated from CCSN and trained at CAN Vo-tech/Apprenticeship Local 88. When he’s not at IMG, motorcycles, dune riding and street sport bikes take up his free time.
Chris Nethery
Plumbing/Piping
Chris is responsible for managing and distributing the labor for projects and making sure that the materials are bought and shipped to the site. He also is in charge of monitoring control issues that may arise at the site.
Chris has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry and joined IMG in June 2007. He has worked on several significant projects at Palms Place, Nellis Air Force Base, and the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
Chris is originally from Iowa Park, Texas and moved to Las Vegas in 2003. He trained at the UA apprenticeship school in Wichita Falls, Texas and likes to spend his free time with his wife, boating on Lake Mead with friends, or traveling home to Texas to check on his cattle.
Gary Lindblom
Pre-Construction/Business Development
Gary has over 36 years of experience in the sheet metal/HVAC trade, and is tasked with helping grow the business at IMG by expanding IMG’s exposure to owners, builders and developers in the southern Nevada area.
Before IMG, Gary worked for a local mechanical contractor as the vice president of sales and marketing. He also was a co-owner of B&L Mechanical, Inc. in Fresno, California, working on multiple design-build projects.
A native of Las Vegas, Gary graduated from Western High School in Las Vegas and trained in the sheet metal apprenticeship program in Fresno, California. When he’s not at IMG, Gary can be found on a nearby golf course or at his ranch in Arizona.
Jeremy Dalley
Estimator
As an estimator, Jeremy is responsible for taking off, organizing and pricing new projects.
He joined IMG in September 2007 and has been a part of several projects including the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and Armani Exchange at Town Square. Prior to IMG, Jeremy worked at a consulting engineering firm as a project manager for residential HVAC/plumbing design.
Jeremy grew up in Logandale and studied construction management at UNLV. He spends his free time with his baby daughter, plays volleyball and enjoys the outdoors.
Sasa Pudar
Mechanical Designer
As a mechanical designer, Sasa’s duties include HVAC design.
Sasa is originally from Belgrade, Serbia and graduated from the University of Belgrade in 1999 with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. He worked for several years as a mechanical engineer technician, researching, planning and designing products and systems. While there he also was in charge of preparing layouts, drawings and schematics.
Sasa moved to Las Vegas in 2003, trained at the Quality Technical Training Center and is EPA-certified. Outside of IMG, he likes to watch sports, especially soccer.
